* We have a truck in those areas once a week usually (as usual it's either Thu or Fri). However, sometimes your order can be delayed for 1 more week, since it needs turnaround time (to get items delivered to our warehouse, etc.). If you placed an order 1-2 before next truck goes for your area, it will most surely be delivered with a next truck. We always contact cusomers on the phone prior to delivery. In case you can't accept it on some day, we'll switch it over for next truck. Call if you have any questions.

** Those areas would enjoy free delivery service on all orders greater than $500.00. Smaller orders are subject to $49.00 delivery charge.

Delivery inlcudes assembly (for wall-units there might be some fee). If you have a very special entrance, high floor, etc. please notify our salesperson about it.

Why you have a delivery charge in Manhattan?
Overall complexity and high cost of deliveries of any kind in Manhattan: parking, tickets, traffic, building rules etc.

Why you have a delivery charge to upstate NY, PA (except Philly area)?
We simply don't have a lot of deliveries there. For most high-density populated areas around I-95 we can offer free delivery, but for Upstate and far PA we would need to send a delivery truck for 1-2 jobs, which is impossible to do for free

We DO provide now home delivery (shipping) service to 2 directions - FL and IL. Please add item(s) to shopping cart and enter your delivery zip code to determine the cost. It's just for estimate. No obligation.

To FL (and all other states that are on the way to FL from NJ) - VA, SC, NC, GA.

To IL (and all other states that are on the way to IL from NJ) - far PA, north KY, WV, OH, IN, south MI, south WI.

We use a separate delivery companies for delivery to these locations, We have trucks coming to IL approx. every 3-4 weeks, and to FL approx. every 2-3 weeks

Delivery charge is usually around $300.00, sometimes less and includes placement inside your home. However it does NOT include assembly for bedroom sets, wall-units or big dining table sets (the ones with buffet, vertrina, etc.) For assembly of this complicated furniture pieces you will be offered to purchase extra assembly service (usually a $100) at time of delivery, payable in COD). All other orders (like coffee table set + sofa set, or dining table set + tv-stand) come at usual $300.00 fee, including assembly. In any of above cases, driver will unload the furniture at the place of your wish (second floor included)

We can not guarantee your furniture arrivals for this distant deliveries on a certain date. There are just too many factors that prevent us from giving such a promise.

Other possible increase in delivery charge is your far location from main interstates/delivery routes. This is highly unlikely, but possible. If you have a question about delivery charge and your options, you should always call before ordering. We'll try to be as helpfull as we are and get you a best possible deal.

We reserve a right to cancel any order, for any reason. Shopping cart can allow to purchase something (like 3 bedroom sets) for 1 delivery charge, but we simply won't be able to proceed this order at that delivery price.

* For these states we are glad to offer shipping service for the items labeled 'FREE SHIPPING'. Usually it's for custom special order pieces that can be shipped to directly from the factory. Just add these items to the cart and they will be shipped to you for free. These items ship directly from warehouses that can be located in different states, so we can't tell how much time will it tike. If item is in stock, it's few business days in any case. For bigger items it's curb-side delivery, so call some friends to help you bring the furniture inside.

UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN'T SHIP OR DELIVER ITEMS WITH NO 'FREE SHIPPING' TO THOSE STATES AT THE MOMENT

Unless you order a furniture from us and WE DELIVER that to you, you may need to assemble your furniture. In case of home delivery, of course, our delivery teams do assembly for you and are responsible for that. But in case you have your item(s) SHIPPED you will recieved a boxed/packed furniture, as it is coming from the factory. In some cases assembly is needed. In most cases it's really simple (i.e. unpack it and attach the legs). In certain cases, however, proffessional assembly is reccomended.

We take absolutely no responsibility of customer's inability to assemble recieved furniture or for damage to the furniture done by incorrect assembly. However we will be glad to help you with any of your assembly issues or concerns. For concerns or inquiries about assembly please contact us.

¹Usually delivery price won't go higher, it might even go lower (for example if you ordering only 1 sleeper sofa or a coffee table). The possible reasons for adjustments to a higher delivery charge are:

- your location is quite far from our warehouse in NJ (for example Buffalo, NY is quite far from NJ and we can't provide home delivery to that area for $150, as for LI, NY for example, and $150 will not even cover gas expenses)
- your order is very big and requires assembly (like 3+ sofa sets with coffee tables and dining rooms or 2+ bedrooms, etc.)
- your order consists of the items that do require special assembly skills. For example wall-units and kid's rooms (the ones that go in completely flat boxes) are really hard to assemble, that requires special crew + skills + time. Delivery team usually charges more for those kind of things. In certain areas some services for additional assembly is not provided even for extra cost.
- you have to understand that we DO NOT take this delivery charges from nowhere. This charges is what our delivery teams work for and they are the lowest in the industry. Our website does not benefit from any delivery charges at all.
